Be sure to put on plenty of sunblock. That sun will cook your skin. Sun exposure will damage your skin. Take care of yourself and be sure to put it on at least 30 minutes before getting in the water.

After you are finished swimming, use the outdoor shower to rinse all the lake residue off your body. The bacteria in the water is not healthy, so be sure to rinse from your hair to your feet.
