Trying To Find More Sleeping Room In A Camping RV With One Bed?So, how do you make sleeping room for eight people in a camping rv that only has one bed? Easy, if you know how to utilize your furniture space. Every camping trailer has some sleep space you don't even see! You know the bed or bunk beds (if equipped) will accommodate the specified amount of people. Let's look at the sofa. These have a bed hiding in them. Most of the rv furniture you see has hidden potential for more than just to look nice. This sofa is actually a pull out bed! Pull up on the bottom of the sofa in the front and watch it unfold. Isn't it amazing, the rv manufacturers think of some genius ways to serve you. You can arrange two or three small people on this expandable sofa. It does take up some of your walk room when unfolded, but you only need to open it at night.
OK, let's look at that cute pedestal table and benches that serves as the dining table. If you look on the inside of the benches you will see a ledge. Look under the table and see the legs fold up underneath and fasten with a velcro strap (or similar device). Take the table off the pedestal, fold and secure the legs and set the table on the ledges along the inside of the benches. The table should be level with the benches. Those cushions on the benches now lay flat from one end of the bench across the table to the other end of the bench and you can sleep three or four people there!! What a fantastic idea! This same table can also be taken outside to eat at or play games on. It is portable so you can have extra room outside of the camping rv.
