Stabilizer Jacks

by Rob

Buy a cordless reversible drill and a socket adapter to raise and lower your stabilizer jacks. I got one that has a high and low gear that gives it more power when needed.

Thanks, Rob, for that great tip!!

You certainly did find a gold nugget. The cordless drill will sure save some time and arm power. My husband, Ronnie, does the same thing.

I have not thought to share this tip with readers, so I thank you for bringing that wonderful tip to our attention.

It is good to know a simple tool that most people have on hand anyway can be so useful in the world of camping.

And if you don't already have one on hand, this is a very good reason to get one. Truly a must-have, in my opinion.

THANKS, ROB!!!

Tool & Supplies

Don't forget the trusted pair of scissors.
If you have a rubber roof don't forget Roof Seal Caulking.

Thanks Jim for the great tip. You are most certainly correct in having a good multipurpose scissors. You never know what you will need this handy dandy tool can be used for until you need a pair.

A good sharp pair of scissors can be used to cut rope, thread, small twigs or branches, material, boxes, tarps, and anything else you need to cut.

The roof sealing caulking is a great tip, also. This is needed in case of a roof leak. With trees and limbs hanging over the roof of your camper, you may encounter a broken limb that has punctured your roofing.

The roof sealant would definintly be a lifesaver. It will prevent further repairs from water leaks and rotting.

GREAT TIPS, JIM!!!!
